Processing

STANDARD PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. Once the order ships you will receive a tracking number via email.

MADE TO ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 30-60 business days for products with a "PREORDER" status to be processed, these products are made to order and will be produced once the order window has closed. Your card will not be charged until order is processed and shipped.

Shipping

RAKH is continuing to closely monitor the latest reports from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) regarding ongoing concerns about the coronavirus COVID-19.

All orders are currently shipped with USPS and generally take anywhere from 3-8 business days to arrive once processed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to foreign countries at this time.

Order Changes

Lead time and shipping varies depending on the product. Please note, changes to an address cannot be made after 24 hours of order receipt. Once your order has been placed in our shipping queue, we cannot make changes to the order.

Returns

Our design team have hand selected these products because we love them, but we understand if you don't.

Due to RAKH being a small business, refunds are only made as a credit within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for the return shipping of unwanted item(s). Please allow 5-7 business days, from the date of receipt, to conduct a quality control review and issue a credit. Once a credit has been issued, you will be notified via email.

FINAL SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS

Please note that final sale and clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable except for manufacturing defects. These items are identified by .88 endings in price and/or items purchased during a sale.

Damaged Product

Damages to the merchandise while in transit, or defects in manufacturing are rare, but occasionally do happen. Please keep in mind that all products are handmade and will have slight variations from one another. Should your piece(s) arrive with a defect or damage we will do our very best to have a replacement shipped out to you as soon as possible.

Proposition 65

Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings to Californians about significant exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm.  These chemicals can be in the products that Californians purchase, in their homes or workplaces, or that are released into the environment. By requiring that this information be provided, Proposition 65 enables Californians to make informed decisions about their exposures to these chemicals.

Proposition 65 also prohibits California businesses from knowingly discharging significant amounts of listed chemicals into sources of drinking water.

Proposition 65 requires California to publish a list of chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. This list, which must be updated at least once a year, has grown to include approximately 900 chemicals since it was first published in 1987.
